Japanese Tea in Skaneateles with Joelle

A Japanese tea ceremony will be preformed  by  Tomomi Yoshida from Roji tea lounge.  ” Indochine.” Joelle will match up with a young Japanese chef, ” Mayumi,” they will both cook and create a unique,  ” Asian Soirée.”

With Sake, Sapporo, Green tea, and a fantastic 3 Course Menu $58.00 , paired with ,   Blushing Geisha Cocktail, a great Sake, Sapporo and sweet Wine, giving us a balance between the dry ,and the sweet.
