Wednesday, August 11 Pirate Day with Mid-Lakes Navigation. All Cruises
throughout the day on Skaneateles Lake and the Erie Canal , will have a pirate theme.
Prizes will be awarded for best costumes, and drink specials and pirate loot will be

Monday, August 9 Family business boot camp presented by the New York Family
Business Center 8:30 am – 3:00 pm at The Lodge at Welch Allyn, 4355 State Street Rd.
Spend the day laying the groundwork for family business education while focusing on
the next generation! Will your next generation be ready to receive the fruits of your
labor? Features: Show & Tell: Let’s get to know each other: Introduce yourself and bring photos and information to share about
your family business. The 5th Generation point of view: Meaghan Allyn, Kaleen Allyn, Julia Allyn, Grace Allyn, Noah Allyn, David Allyn
Breakout sessions are designed for specific age groups. 8-12, 13-16, 17-21 and parents. Sessions will include: Communicating-
