Looking for something outdoors to do? Baltimore Woods, 4007 Bishop Hill Rd., Marcellus has
events planned for November. Hours: Interpretive Center is open M-F 9am-4pm, Saturday
10am-4pm, closed Sundays. The Center will be closed Thursday, November 25th for the
Thanksgiving holiday. The hiking trails and parking are free and open every day from dawn to

The official program guide for the 17th Annual Dickens’ Christmas in Skaneateles,
deadlines a week from tomorrow!!!!! This not only devotes an entire special section to our
Village, it now allows our community to reach out to many surrounding areas we have not been
able to reach in the past. The 2010 Dickens’ Christmas program will reach 370,000 holiday
shoppers in all of Onondaga, Oswego, Madison & Cayuga
Counties.

Sunday, November 14 A concert featuring Nick Hrynyk and Lourdes Cossich will be offered at
Willard Memorial Chapel, 17 Nelson St. Auburn Nick Hrynyk, a local Auburn pianist, will offer
various piano selections at this event. Classmate Lourdes Cossich, who hails from Guatemala,
will perform vocal selections. Both are students at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester.
This is a benefit for Willard Memorial Chapel. Tickets are $5 per person at the door.

Skaneateles Chamber of Commerce announcements:

Wednesday, November 10th – Krebs is having an auction. A Charity Preview will be held on November 10th from 3 pm – 7 pm. The cost is $10.00 per person and the proceeds will be donated to the Skaneateles Historical Society. Questions call White and White Antiques (315) 685-7733.

Thursday, November 11th – Monthly meeting “Some Fun! and Not So Fun” (but necessary) The meeting will be in two parts. You can sign up for one or both sessions.

Beginning at 11 am in the Provence Room at Mirbeau, Jeanette Jones from Benefits Specialists will give a one hour recap of changes all business owners need to be aware of trelated to the 2010 Health Care Legislation Changes. This is a Free seminar.

Now for the FUN! At noon, the Chamber will hold its monthly luncheon & meeting in the Mirbeau dining room. A three course menu will be served for $20 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity. Checks can be made payable to Mirbeau, and payment is due at the door.

Following the luncheon we will have a few announcements and Floral Demonstrations by Fleur-de-lis Florist, Dickman Farms and Skaneateles Town Square!
