FITNESS: Engineered Triathletes pre-season Bike & Run (Duathlon) TrainingProgram begins. Participants will engage in a program that improves running & cycling
conditioning & technique. This six (6) week program will begin May 2. Women sessions are
scheduled on Tuesday & Thursday 6-7:15 am or Monday & Wednesday from 9:30-10:45 am.
Men’s sessions are scheduled on Monday & Wednesday from 5:45-7 am. Program fees are
$120. Sessions include free bike & run video analysis as well as a customize bike/run training

has organized a Pet First Aid course to be taught at SAVES, 77 Fennell St. 8:30 am -12:30 pm. The course will be taught by Brian Murphy, a certified instructor with the Cayuga
County chapter of the American Red Cross. At the end of the 4-hour course, participants will be
certified in Pet First Aid, and will take home either a dog- or cat-specific first aid manual & DVD.

, 17 Nelson Street,Auburn Willard Chapel Seeks Volunteers. Willard Memorial Chapel is currently searching for
interested candidates to become volunteer docents. Tour guide positions are available with
flexible hours. Responsibilities include greeting guests and providing them with the history of
the Auburn Theological Seminary and Willard Chapel as well as occasional light clerical duties.
