VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Hospice of the Finger Lakes will hold a Volunteer Open House on Tuesday, November 29. 4:00 –
6:00 PM at the Hospice Office, 1130 Corporate Dr. in Auburn. Volunteers are needed to work
with the Hospice team in a variety of areas, including Patient Care, Bereavement, Office
Support, Fundraising, and the Hospice Thrift Shop. Hospice of the Finger Lakes is committed to
providing quality end-of-life care to patients and their families assisting with the physical,
emotional and spiritual needs of those with a life threatening illness in their homes and in health
care facilities. The Volunteer Open House will provide individuals with an overview of Hospice,
volunteer opportunities and requirements for volunteering. Hospice staff and volunteers will be
available to answer questions about the various volunteer roles. If you are interested in
attending the Volunteer Open House or need further information, please call 315-255-2733.
The Chamber is organizing the bell ringers during Dickens. To volunteer to ring bells for the
