Combining acupuncture with hypnosis is a powerful combination to loose weight as it reinforces the process by addressing underlying issues, stumbling blocks and chemical changes in the body that make loosing weight difficult for many individuals.

Half hour acupuncture appointments will be booked from 4:00 to 5:30 PM with Acupuncturist jennifer Adamski. Hypnosis will be with Connie Heagerty, CHT from 6:00 to 7:30 PM.
