VALENTINE’S DAY SPARKLING WINE DINNER

 

Toast your loved one with this limited menu four-course dinner. Each course will be paired with a sparkling wine from around the globe–from sparkling whites, to reds, to rosés.

 

 

 

First Course

Oysters on the Half Shell blood orange mignonette, fennel relish

Beef Tar tare dijon, herbs, shallot, truffle, charred crostini

Roasted Beets goat cheese panna cotta, pistachio, herb tuile

 

Second Course

Lobster Bisque Sambuca cream

Endive Salad burgundy poached pear, bleu cheese, walnuts

 

Intermezzo

Grapefruit & Thyme Granita

 

Entrees

Herb Crusted Lamb Loin potato & Dijon gnocchi, kale, winter squash, Cabernet demi

Sweet Potato Ravioli apple, spinach, sage butter, asiago

Pan Roasted Duck Breast red quinoa, winter vegetables, maple & orange glaze

Poached Monkfish shrimphouse made noodles, shitake, broccoli, carrot, consommé

 

Dessert

Black Forest Torte layers of chocolate cake, kirsch cherries, dark chocolate

Citrus Roulade citrus chiffon cake, grapefruit curd, orange semifreddo (gluten free)
