HABA, Skaneateles Toymaker to the World

Thursday, May 1st, 2008

Looking for toys that “They don’t make them like they used to?”

We think you should take a look at our own local company HABA. Most of us will remember when it was Skaneateles Toy Train Company. For years they operated a Factory Store. Sadly, HABA no longer manufacters anything there, and they closed the company store. But the facility still acts as their United States Distribution Center.

More about HABA:
The Members of the HABA Corporate Family
HABA
Inventors for Children.
We are a wood manufacturing company known for our high-quality baby and children’s toys, as well as our children’s games and furniture. We view ourselves as a “single source supplier” for children. We are expanding our product portfolio beyond wood products using the same high quality standards for which we are known. Thus, HABA also offers jewelry, porcelain dishes and textiles, for example. HABA products may be found in well-stocked toy stores around the globe.
