Opening in 1997, Goose Watch is noted as one of New York’s most unique wineries for its setting as well as its wines. First, you’ll take in one of the loveliest views of Cayuga Lake from our tasting room, situated in a beautifully restored century-old barn nestled within one of the area’s only commercial chestnut groves. You are invited to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy on our deck, or snack on local cheese and other great delicacies available in our tasting room, including smoked trout. (more…)

CJS Vineyards were established in 1995 with a small planting of Riesling and Cayuga White grapes. Today, there is a total of three acres of vineyards that also include Chambourcin, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Franc vines. The Aurelius Winery building, which also serves as the tasting room, opened in May 2003.
