Skaneateles Suites is a Collection of Places to Stay; The Boutique Hotel is in the Village Center, The Suites are 2 miles West of the Village, Apartments, Condos and Vacation Rentals are in various locations.

Nightly Policies

• Certain Blackout Dates may overrule these general policies.
• Cancellation & Deposit policies vary by reservation, please ask and check your confirmation for specifics. We do not “over-sell”. You have a guaranteed reservation and therefore our cancellation policies are strictly enforced.
• Overnight Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests are $15 each per night.
• Booking Policy:  Your reservation is NOT confirmed until you receive email confirmation.
• No refunds for weather related reasons.
• Payment: All major credit cards, cash and checks with prior approval.
• Check In Hotel & Suites: 3:00-6:00 P.M.  Check Out: 11:00 A.M. Early Check-in and Late Departure is available for $15 / hour.
• Late arrival? Please call 315-685-2333 for special Check-In arrangements after 6 pm.
• Non-Smoking: all properties are non-smoking. There is  $250 fee for smoking indoors.  Guests are welcome to smoke on porches, patios, and outdoor areas.  Ashtrays are placed in those areas for convenience.
• Pets: We accept pets in certain guestrooms with advance arrangement.  Please call the Reservation Desk for information and availability for pet-friendly rooms.
• Handicap: Many of our properties are ADA “sensitive” but not compliant. Please ask for details.
• Lost keys are charged at $25 per key.
• The minimum age to rent a property is 25 years old. Photo Identification and a valid credit card may be required at check in.
• Privacy Policy:  We never share customer information with anyone. Your email is used only to send you a confirmation and occasional special offers from Skaneateles Suites. If you do not wish to receive our specials, simply call to opt out.
• Although we strive to ensure that all information is accurate, the actual decor of this unit may differ from the images shown. We will gladly consider a request for a specific unit, however, this is not guaranteed.

Vacation Rentals

• Vacation Rentals Check In: 4:00 P.M Check Out 10:00 A.M.
• Dockside Vacations and Extended Stay reservations are discussed in depth with a contract you must sign.
• Docksides are generarlly owned by others. We attempt to maintain accurate lists of amenities, but these are subject to change by the owners.
