1981 – Mary Plane, of Plane’s Cayuga Vineyards (now called Cayuga Ridge), looked at her empty parking lot and knew, if her fledgling winery was to succeed, she needed to fill it. To be able to swim for FREE throughout the summer, residents that are not SCC Olympic Members
must pickup a Swim Tag at the Skaneateles Community Center or the Town Hall.
Note: There is a $2.00 per swim tag surcharge to cover the cost of the tags.
SCC Olympic members can show picture ID at the waterfront. (swim tag not necessary)

Daily Admission: (pay at the gate for those without a season swim tag)
Adults $3.00 per person
Children/Seniors (age 62 and better) $2.00

The story of Anyela’s Vineyards began three generations ago in Eastern Europe and continues today on the hillside high above Skaneateles Lake. The Nocek family combines its viticultural experience with the cooler climate patterns and fertile soil to grow our select grapes.

Unlike other vineyards along neighboring Finger Lakes, we protect our vines from the cold after the fall harvest. One by one, we carefully remove them from the trellises and bury them in the rich earth to insolate the sensitive primary buds, which eventually become the fruit. In spring, we re-trellis the vine for maximum sun exposure. We also control our grape yield to cultivate the ripest, most flavorful fruit.

Since planting our vineyards in 2001, Anyela’s Vineyards has three vintages in development and continues to grow in reputation as a vintner of exclusive wines for every occasion.

Lourdes Camp Skaneateles Lake

This summer is our 66th consecutive year at Ten Mile Point on the Eastern Shore of Skaneateles Lake, following 21 years at Morning Star Manor on Little York Lake. The camp has 100 acres of land enhanced by large shade trees, sprawling lawns, surrounding hills and Ten Mile Creek, in addition to 1,500 feet of lakefront. There are 18 cabins, a main lodge, infirmary, chapel, dining hall, canteen, boathouse and modern bathrooms.

The mission of Lourdes Camp, which is under the auspices of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Syracuse, is to provide an opportunity for youngsters to grow spiritually, physically, emotionally and socially in a wholesome, caring, outdoors environment. It is a learning experience filled with fun and excitement, available to boys and girls of all faiths between the ages of 7 and 14.
