Join us and our friends for a full day of music and fun. There will be 7 bands, food, drinks, camping, and loads of fun. The Bands Dark Hollow The Blind Spots Two Hour Delay The Shining Star Band Solar Garlic Medicine Wheel Steep Saturday September 6, 2014 Pre-sale tickets will be $25 dollars until August 15th at which point the price will go up to $35. Camping Camping will be available for $10 a car on the day of the event. Campfires will not be allowed, however, host is planning a bonfire for the evening. Camping is carry in, carry out! Be respectful of the host. Alcohol This is critical, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BRING ALCOHOL INTO THE EVENT. Our host, The Apple Station, has a liquor license that could be affected. BRING A COOLER! The Apple Station will have a commissary where you will be able to buy beer, wine, soda and water. Additionally, The Apple Station will have draft beer for sale. Food Don’t worry about food, we will have plenty of vendors to provide nutrients for your groove party.

Seward House Museum, 33 South St. - Enjoy a relaxing evening in the beautiful gardens featuring live music by Cristofe Chabot performing renditions of traditional, folk & classic rock. Our featured gallery artist is photographer Dan Marquart exhibiting a new series of works titled Light & Shade: Photographic Conversations. As always, docents will be on hand to answer questions in the Dining Room & Drawing Room and complimentary refreshments will be served.
Cayuga Museum, 203 Genesee St. - September First Friday will be hosted in the Case Research Lab instead of the Museum. Watch Case’s test films and learn the history of the birth of talking movies. Light refreshments will be served.
Schweinfurth Art Center, 205 Genesee St. - Fall exhibit reception,.
Finger Lakes ARTIST CO-OP, 101 Genesee St. - Finger Lakes Art Cooperative will be celebrating the September First Friday with guest musicians John Wilmot & Jacqui McCarthy who play hammer dulcimer & fiddle – Join us for music, refreshments and ART!
Auburn Public Theater, 108 Genesee St. - EXHIBIT Opening for SARA DAVENPORT – Sara Davenport primarily paints in realism using oils, acrylic, pastel, watercolor and pen & ink to achieve results. Originals & prints of her work will be available to purchase. The event will include a cash bar & complimentary snacks.
F.A.M.E. Center for Creative Expression, 39 Genesee St. - Making a Mark is about enabling gifted people to celebrate self-expression and empowerment through creativity. Reception with light refreshments. Free to enter, art is for sale & proceeds go to the artist who created the piece.
Seymour Library, 176 Genesee St. - Read with Therapy DOGS at SEYMOUR LIBRARY – . The program is designed for children in kindergarten – 5th grades. All library services available until 8PM.

Hiking – Auburn Fleming Trail, Auburn

Converted from an old railroad bed, this is a 1.6 mile trail through scenic woods, wetlands, and farmland.

Hiking – Sterling Park and Nature Center, Sterling

This park features glacially formed bluffs with scenic vistas of the Great Lake Ontario.

Biking – Between the Lakes Ride – NYS Scenic Byway Route 90, Union Springs

Cayuga Lake is the highlight of this ride with historic markers posted along the route that help tell the story of the area from the Cayuga Nation villages to the 1779 Sullivan Expedition.

Biking – Owasco Lake, Auburn

With Emerson Park at the north and Fillmore Glen State Park at the south end of the route, this ride around Owasco Lake is one of the easiest and picturesque around a Finger Lake.
