2008 Downtown Auburn, NY Summer Concert Series:

 
On Wednesday Nights this July and August, the BID will be hosting a series of FREE outdoor public concerts in Downtown Auburn.  This series was made possible in part by public funding that the BID received from the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) Decentralization Program, which is administered locally by the Phelps Arts Center and the Phelps Historical Society. 
All concerts will begin at 7 pm .  The schedule for 2008 is here:

The theme of the evening is Superheros.
Everyone is invited to dress up as their
favorite superhero to watch the movie. The kids
can bring sleeping bags, blankets, pillows and
lawn chairs as well.
The movie nights will be every Thursday
this summer, each with a different theme.

The Skaneateles Area Arts Council is pleased to present Ben Taylor and Sally Taylor, together with David Saw, at the fourth annual gala, “A Mid Summer Night’s Dream,”

Sunday, July 20, 2008. The outdoor gala will be held on the shore at the beautiful lakeside estate of Stella Maris Retreat Center, a former Roosevelt mansion on Skaneateles Lake. The gala is 6 to 10 p.m. and features cocktails, dinner, and a concert by Ben and Sally Taylor and David Saw, on the lake.  (more…)
