HISTORY: 7:30 PM at The Museum at the Creamery, 28 Hannum St.
Beth Batlle, Town Historian, will trace the history of the Lemp family from Bavaria to Syracuse,
and finally to Skaneateles, through times of desperation, fire, and success as watch makers,
opticians and jewelry dealers. Walter Lemp Sr. purchased land on the shore of Skaneateles Lake

their home and raised their family. Their son, Donald, and his family also made Skaneateles
